Naduck values transparency and customer satisfaction. However, as our business is focused on the sale of digital products (STL files for 3D printing), we have established the following guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Digital Nature of Products

All products sold on our website are digital files (.STL), available for immediate download after payment confirmation.

For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds after purchase confirmation, as provided in Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, which exempts this right in cases where the consumer has already accessed or used the digital product..

2. Exceptions – Products with Technical Issues

If the purchased file has a technical error that prevents its use, the customer may contact our support team via email at info@naduck.com

If a defect in the file is identified and no viable solution exists, Naduck may:

• Refund the amount paid.
